well don't do that more than you should. It's good to cheat so you wont feel deprived. but you better be careful. you don't want to lose sight of your ultimate goal. I'm no saint. I go off my diet too much but i have developed a tactic for when i do and I encourage you to use it because DAMMIT, IT WORKS!
When you are eating bad foods, have a 1 liter water bottle next to you (full of course.) Drink that while you are eating the bad stuff. Take 2-3 nice sized sips between bites. Put your fork down between bites and savor the taste of your food. Make it a goal to have finished the entire bottle and I promise, you will be full and i do mean FULL! You eat fewer calories and less food and you won't be hungry for hours.

To lose weight successfully, you should know the food that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT!!!
Yes,it is really important. You should know the truth:
1.Low Fat Foods DON'T always WORK...
2.Low Calorie Diets DON'T always WORK...
3.Low Carb Plans DON'T always WORK...
I followed the guide above and I lost 10 lbs in 7 days and then 30 lbs in less than a month.

well first off you should atleast eat vegatables Meet is a good source of protien but if your vegitarian you should take some kind of supplement. It doesnt sound like you eat a very well balanced diet. You should be eating Fruit vegetables and dairy everyday but change it up. have yogurt instead of cheese different foods have different vitamins and you need them also for the sugar part. and apple has all the sugar you need in a day. it natural so its healthier for you. theres no need for chocolate biscuits. Not saying not to eat them. if you excersise its fine to have a bit more sugar. if you keep eating poorly as you get older youll start having health problems. you need all the vitamins from food to keep strong bones and keep muscle from deteriorating. and having a poor diet can lead to diabetes. you can take vitamin supplements to help but you should still eat bette because your body only absorbs 10 percent of a vitamin supplement.

if you are depriving yourself no wonder it happens.
but its ok to indulge once in a while - just promise yourself you are gona do better tomorrow
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

No. The thing about a lifestyle change is accepting that LIFE HAPPENS. DIET is an acronym that means "Do Not Imagine Eating This" if you really think about it.
I have gotten rid of over 100lbs since having my son last February, and trust me, I've had my "bad days". If I can get rid of that much weight and have "bad days" here and there, I know you can get rid of however much you need to!

yes a cheat day is fine within reason, the reason it is a good thing to have a cheat day is it fools the body into thinking there is abundance of food and thus causes the body to switch to high gear but then you need to get back on that lifestyle of losing the weight. but just be careful not to binge all day on junk.. be reasonable with portion control.

Well it is ok to have a cheat meal once in a while. But if you are gorging on bad food all day then this is a bad thing. Follow your diet and then one day a week have a cheat meal of your choice. THis will help curb your cravings

In fact, there is a whole diet program that is built on that very concept called "Body for Life". You diet and exercise 6 days a week and then you have one day a week to satisfy your cravings. This will help you stay on your diet.

It's fine to have a "cheat day" where you splurge a bit. Try to incorporate some treats into your everyday diet so you don't splurge all the time.
