I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

To lose weight successfully, you should know the food that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT!!!
Yes,it is really important. You should know the truth:
1.Low Fat Foods DON'T always WORK...
2.Low Calorie Diets DON'T always WORK...
3.Low Carb Plans DON'T always WORK...
I followed the guide above and I lost 10 lbs in 7 days and then 30 lbs in less than a month.

Avoid refined sugars at all cost! Sounds fancy, but refined sugar is any food that isn't natural sugar (like fruit). So avoid desserts like cake, cookies, pastries, ice cream, etc. Also, DEFINITELY avoid frozen meals! Those things are loaded with salt which will make you look bloated and fat.
Potatoes, white bread/flour foods, and candy should be avoided. Low-sugar fruits like grapefruit and strawberries are very good for you. Dark leafy veggies like spinach and such are good. So are carrots, sweet potatoes, and most vegetables - EXCEPT, and you should avoid, iceberg lettuce. That is the lettuce that is very light green and commonly found in restaurant salads or on burgers. It has no nutrition at all. Drinking plenty of water, having nuts like almonds, walnuts, or pine nuts, and eating yummy healthy foods (like 99% fat free popcorn, lowfat yogurts, fat free ice cream/frozen yogurt, popsicles, smoothies, granola bars, etc.) help me lose weight and keep the weight off.
