Yeah I'm lay some people off on Tuesday (I can get the same work done for fifty cents a day in India); Wednesday I'm gonna work with my tax guy and see if I can set up a phony off shore company quicly to avoid taxes here; and Friday I'll have my driver take a check for a hundred dollars over to the local child protection service (what's the name?) but tell my tax guy it was for five thousand; but I'll be right back at church next sunday praying and asking to be absolved...kind of neat how it all works out....week after week...

Some people treat Christian life as a garment they wear on Sunday and take off the rest of the week.
I know that being a Christian is a daily, ongoing life that I try to live each day, not just on Sunday.

That was the way things were, when I was trying to buy my salvation through good works; but now:
"See how great a love the Father has bestowed on us, that we would be called children of God; and such we are For this reason the world does not know us, because it did not know Him.
Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not appeared as yet what we will be We know that when He appears, we will be like Him, because we will see Him just as He is.
And everyone who has this hope fixed on Him purifies himself, just as He is pure."
