ideally you have to do cardio 45min 4-6 times a week because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat. you have to have one day a week off so your body can recover and repair itself. combine it with light weight training so you wouldnt lose muscle.

Cardio will help. 30 minutes a day is great, 45 even better.

BUT, three days a week, try some weight training. You won't bulk up, but you'll tone a lot faster than cardio alone would allow you to do. Hire a trainer for a day and get a three day per week, full body program. If you eat right you'll see results in two to three weeks.

PS - Weight training boosts your metabolism for faster fat loss.

you have to develope an overall work out plan that would allow you to lose excess body fat all over and only then would your belly fat be gone. you can't target one specific area and expect it to be gone. I wish we could but nature says, "NO!" I think you should do a weight training routine and cardio to go along with it and you'll see results in no time.

It would certainly disappear (if of course you follow a healthy diet too), but I don't think it would be gone in 2 weeks. Depends on how much fat we're talking about. You'd definitely start seeing improvements though.
