Sweetie. No. You need to cut out all of the soda. Honestly, if you have to drink soda, drink regular soda. Diet soda's are the same thing as regular soda, they just use artifical sweeteners that may lead to cancer. Also diet soda makes you gain weight. You should not consume anything that says diet, fat free, etc.. A good rule of thumb is, "If man made it, don't eat it." "If it's in a box or can, give it a second thought" Diet soda is literally one of the worst things you can put in your body. So no soda. Drink alot of water. Fresh fruit or veggie juice is also wonderful. Just give it a try for 14 days of no soda. Trust me you will not miss the soda and probably be disgusted from it when you drink it again.

No not really, it wont help your diest in any way. No fizzy drinks are gd for you, but sugar fre ones are ok now and then. However this will not help you diet in any way, the best thing is to more or less cut out unhealthy things, insted of replacing them with the diet versions. Also, if you're drinking many cans of it a day, it an do serious damage to ur body.

personally, i lost weight when drinking one can a day to help me reduce sweet cravings. gone are the times when ppl were commenting on my 'perfect figure', though, as i now have 8 pounds extra... maybe coz i stopped drinking diet coke and now eat lots of junk lol.
but diet coke is REALLY bad 4 ur teeth and has the same or even WORSE effect as sugar (my doctor friend told me).

I am a carbonated beverage fanatic. I switched from regular Dr. Peppers to Diet DPs and finally got used to all diet beverages through doing that.
HOWEVER...
I hear more and more that you are not supposed to drink a lot of diet beverages...I am not hearing why though. Just limit your sodas to maybe 1 per day. I'm going to start doing the same thing. Good luck!!!

no....actually studies have shown that diet coke is actually worse for you and can make you gain weight anyway....so to get away from this don't drink any pop, try water or hot tea instead...if you like the fizziness(if thats a word) of pop try seltzer water or aquifina sparkle...good luck=)
