I ve been workin at my company for bout 2 years now and have known my boss for bout the same time.Bout a few months back she started flirting with me and i mean a caress or tellin me how good i look.Last week we had a convention out of town and were stayin at a hotel and there was an after party during which she became really flirtatious. She told me "Ya know, Billy Graham never got onto an elevator with another woman." I said"Why not?!" She responded by saying that Billy Graham didn't want a woman to make any wrong assumptions or false accusations, then she said, "And I assure you, I am no Billy Graham."I dint know wot to say.We were all having some champagne and at the end of the party i was feelin really drowsy which is funny coz i wasnt that drunk. The next thing i know is that im almost out on my couch with my boss undoin my pants and then everything else goes blank. When i get up she's all dressed up i get a smack on my lips and she subtly drops the hint "Itwud be nice if noone knew

There are a few problems:
If it was last week, any physical evidence will be long gone, particularly since this occurred at a hotel and the event was strictly woman-on-woman(i.e., no semen stains, etc.). It basically comes down to your word against hers, and it is doubtful whether or not you can make much headway with just that. Change jobs.

That is RAPE!!!! Rape rape rape. Report it ASAP. Yeah. You will lose your job, but you will find another one! That is not fair and very wrong. Do you still have the marks? Take pictures. Go to the hospital, like NOW. OMG! I am so sorry that happened to you. Now, you are a woman??? It is possible for a woman to rape another woman, and it is possible for a man to be raped by a woman. The body may react favorably, but if the mind is not there and you are totally against it in your spirit, it is rape.
I wish you all the best. TELL! Please, tell. Chances are, this isn't the first time nor the last it has happened.

Difficult position to be in. I'd first talk to her about the event, try to find out exactly what happened before you go on the offensive. Besides you'll need all the information to make a final decision about what you will do next. If you don't know what happened, maybe she took sexiual advantage of you, maybe she had 4-5 guys come in the room and have there way with the two of you. Facts you need to find out. Pictures or movies taken, who else knows, saw anything, etc..

What proof do you have? Being she is your boss, she has obviously been with the company longer than you, and has gotten the trust of her superiors. Without proof, you have nothing.

From here on in, though, you have options. First, the next time she advances on you, tell her in no uncertain terms that the advances are unwanted and if they persist, you will take your complaint higher. Record all comments, actions, etc. along with the dates. If she doesn't stop, tell her superiors. At that point things should end. If not, get a lawyer.

hmm well yeah that would be rape. and as for what you should do about it...thats a toughy. i know you dont want to lose your job nor the respect of the people you work with. but also i know i couldnt go to work and work for someone i know did the stuff that was done. id suggest looking for another job, go higher up in the company and going to the police. either that or itll just happen again maybe next time much worse

Getting drunk leaves a person defenseless, and you have found out that you can be taken advantage of. If you can't handle your liquor, you shouldn't drink. Now you will be embarrassed and everyone will know what happened when you report how stupid the both of you were to your superiors. Go ahead and report it since this was against your will and learn from the mistake and don't repeat it.

it does sound like rape and likewise a pedophile. some people think of that its in easy terms rape if the guy didnt provide consent. its no longer likely she gave consent for intercourse on the age of 8 so yeah its rape

YES that is rape and YES you should tell someone. The reason its rape is because you were drunk and she took advantage of it and maybe she might have put something in your drink if you were feeling drowsy yet you didn't drink that much. Don't feel intimidated because she could lose her job. But you also have to remember that you are responsible of YOURSELF when YOU are drinking.

yes it's rape
if you did not consent
even if under the influence ( more so since you had lost your ability ot think straight )

3 boys who did pretty much the same thing ( and then video taped it ) recently got convicted and sentenced to jail ( from 8 to 13 years ), once was a son of a prominent Orange County ( California ) Sheriff, so even that wouldn't save him from jail, all were tried as adults ( they were 17 at the time, she was 16 ) for rape.

not only that you got a good case for sexual harrasment
get an attorney and file RIGHT now
time is your enemy

Right! everything went blank!? Don't think anyone would believe your story. You're a big boy now! Stay away from the booze next time - it might have had something besides alcohol in it!
