find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Well first and foremost- congratulations on losing weight. I know it was not an easy road. This proves you have the discipline to keep at the diet. But one thing with dieting is this- you will reach one point when you've seemingly reached a point where your weight maintains the same.

Now I need to know wether you are at the ideal weight right now (by using the BMI you may determine this) if so, then keep going at this healthy diet. If no, and you need to lose more weight- add a few important ingredients into your regime:

Exercise!

All you need is a little cardio workout- be it a short stroll at the neighbourhood, bringing your pet puppy out for a walk. Believe me- you will start to feel younger and weight will start to come off again before you know it.

And either way, give yourself a little pat on the shoulder so getting so far.

If you are doing any type of cardio then it is time to change. Your body is use to what you are doing. If you are not doing any cardio then it is time to start.
Also really look at your diet. You could be eating to little and your body is shutting down to protect it's self.
Try more meals but smaller. Eat more often to increase your fat burning.

Cut out all sugar and refined carbs. Period. And increase your exercise level.
