the absolute best way to lose weight is diet and exercise no matter what things may say everything revolves around diet and exercise. if your too busy, diet can work but if you want best results you will need to run too. STAIRMASTER!!!! stairs hurt like hell but I'm am an in shape teenager and i still lost weight by running stairs 10 mins a day give or take 5 minutes.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Diets don't work. At least, for most people they don't. This is according to a new scientific study from UCLA. You must exercise, and change your lifestyle completely, not get involved in some commercial dieting program. If you don't have the time for this, then I would suggest asking questions on time management.

I joined weight watchers, did not call it a diet, and called it health living. I decided that I am worth the extra cost of good/fresh foods and just like the makeup you buy yourself, I started buying the food that was good for me. Choose foods you enjoy eating too. Good luck and do not get discouraged. It took me over a year to lose 30 pounds!!
