find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

do the south beach diet. you can get a book on it. there are 3 phases. the first one (the strictist) goes for 2 weeks and if you follow it to a T you can lose up to 15lbs in 2 weeks! then phase 2 goes for as long as you want to keep loosing weight. you generally lose 2-3lbs a week. phase 3 is an overall eating schedule to insure your eating healthier
trust me i know how you feel! i use to be about 45lbs over weight and when i did the south beach diet i lost 30lbs in one month! i'm alot happier now!

hey man
i used to be in ur sitaution trust me i know how it feels and i know u want the quick fix but thers isnt 1 weight loss takes time but trust me u feel all the mor better and proud of ur self wen u see the difference i lost bout 2-4 stone in about a year , i played football as often as i cud , stopped drinking soda (cola , sprite etc) and went to water ( water dusnt have any calories and ice cold water burns calories) , cut out most of the junk food u eat i say most because 1 chocolate bar here and ther keeps ur confidence levels up , do cardio (joggin , walking , running , swimming , exercise bike) anything that gets your heart rate up , do weightliftin , muscle burns calories and look about and read articles for diets and such things , best of luck mate

i wouldnt advise you to lose weight quickly- it has been proven that losing weight steadily is best as you dont put as much back on, if you lose, say, 6 pounds in a week you will most likey put all of it and more back on through lack of will power.
however if you want to lose weight chew gum- it uses up calories and puts you off wanting to eat food!

Drink plenty of water. Eat fruits. Limit your daily fat gram intake to under 20 grams. Do something to get yourself breathing, pushups, walking, jogging in place, even stretching, the more you breathe the more oxegen your body can use to burn calories. I am not a doctor, seek a doctor's advice. I also drink a little coffee when I feel hunger.

eat eat eat.... but eat healthy.... they say the more you eat the more you lose weight, but its gotta be healthy, and try not ot eat after 5... if not 6!!! drink two glasses of water before and after meals, dont stuff yourself! if your still hungry after any of the three main courses, eat a fruit afterwards!
