When something terrible happens, it is the fault of the devil winning inside us.

When something wonderful happens, it is because God is a few points ahead.

Doesn't it feel a bit empty to continually play this game rather than giving oneself credit for all that is good and recognizing what is morally right and wrong within your own hearts. Does God have to give that to you?

You're right. We make our lives, no god or devil does it for us. The gift and responsibility is ours.

-----“The gift brings a responsibility, and many of you are tempted to congratulate yourselves on the successes of your lives, and blame God, fate, and society for your failures. In like manner, mankind has a tendency to project his own guilt and his own errors upon a father-god image, who it seems must grow weary of so many complaints.

“The fact is that each of you create your own physical reality; and en masse, you create both the glories and the terrors that exist within your earthly experience. Until you realize that you are the creators, you will refuse to accept this responsibility. Nor can you blame a devil for the world’s misfortunes. You have grown sophisticated enough to realize that the Devil is a projection of your own psyche, but you have not grown wise enough to learn how to use your creativity constructively." ~~Seth Speaks

Many things affect the way life goes, not just God or the Devil. That view is out of balanced. The Bible says that the rain falls on good and bad people, and the sun shines on both, as well. And yes, it says that God is the ultimate reason for any blessing we have in life since it all came from Him, and that God also brings hard things on people for tests or correction, or punishment. But sometimes it just comes down to the circumstances of life or our own personal choices. So judging the reason behind things doesn't always begin to God or Satan. You're right.

More accidents and deaths happen within only minutes from ones own home. Driving to work walking to catch a bus to school. Grabing a cup of coffee at a 7-11 just as someone also decides to rob the place. The minute that we are born we face death. People who live thier lives trying to be careful get killed just like anyone else who puts thier life on the line for the rush. In fact those who get that rush have a far better chance of survival than someone who sits at home worrying about everything because that rush keeps them from stressing. Stress is the number one killer. So being that stress is the number one killer and people choose to stress that would make stressing a sin because you have chosen to stress and so you must as you put it be spitting in the lords face. How he has a face I will never know since from what I gather he is supposed to be a spirit and a spirit has no form so how would he have a face. Also as far as my birth certificate states my mom and dad gave me life. WIthout either one of them I sure wouldnt of been born.

The God that I follow isn't like what you discribe.

The God that I follow is not a "few points ahead". My God has already won and I am just waiting for Him while He is waiting for those that are going to come to Him to get to that point in relationship with Him.

No game as many will find out one day, sad for many when it is too late.

The problem with many is they see god as seperate from themselves. Little do they know who & what we are.

Who do you suppose has determined what is moral to begin with? Why are we moral? Why do we have a sense of right and wrong? How do you think that got there, in everyone, regardless of time, race, gender, nationality, or scientific advancement? Could it be that there is a Creator who has made all men in His image?

"Pleased to meet you, hope you guessed my name.
But what's confusing you is the nature of my game."
Rollings Stones "His Satanic Majesty's Request"

It appears you still do not understand the nature of the game.

"But whoever hates his brother is in the darkness and walks around in the darkness; he does not know where he is going, because the darkness has blinded him."
