kay so i wanna lose a few pounds before my vacation this summer
but when i told my friend he said i dont need to but i want to , he said that if i were skinny it would be nasty looking bc i have big boobs.

i just want to lose like 15lbs.
whats the best way?

and should i listen to my friend?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I probably wouldn't just go by the friend. You can find charts that would give your proper weight for you height. Or perhaps you could find out how to find your percentage of body fat and the proper amount of that. Or maybe the best idea would be to ask your doctor.

There are many things to do to lose weight. One thing I would suggest is cook for yourself. You will be calorie conscious and you can figure out how to make it all tasty anyway. Remember, enjoyment of food is a basic need we all have. So good taste is very important or you won't be able to stick to a diet. This may mean that you should avoid diet food. You often hear that diet foods are big selling items, but at the same time, America keeps getting fatter.

You should never listen to what anyone except a medical professional tells you about your body along with your own ideas on how you want to look.

The best way to lose weight is to eat heathly and get more exercise. I have stopped eating any fast food and seen a nutritionist to get help. It really has helped me and the weight is coming off at a steady pace. good luck.

the first way to get your self in shape is to realize that you need to focus on eating and exercising for health purposes as opposed to becoming skinny.

then find out what you need to be eating and PERMANENTLY change your diet for the better.

less sweets, less carbs, more fruits and veges and most importantly smaller sized meals.

start making exercise part of your routine.

You can tell your friend that you want to look and feel healthy and that's why you want to lose weight!

Your boobs are going to get smaller with the rest of your body, so dont let that hold you back.
You wnat to lose 15lbs, that could be good or bad. Where are you at now? Look at your bmi and decide of thats a reasonable goal. GL!

it depends on your height too baby.
You know ..most guys adores women who are curvy and voluptuous. I think you just need to shape up a bit not worrying with losing 15 lbs. exercise and get that curvy bod cos you have good boobs already. U just need to shape up your shape babes. Your friend just love you like that and not skinny.

your boobs will get smaller too if you lose weight. do what makes you feel best.
