"Estoy contigo" literally means "I am with you" as in the speaker is close to the person being spoken to.
If you want to say that you and the person being spoken to are a couple, you would say "Estamos juntos" o "Estoy casado contigo."

"estoy contigo" is correct, and "soy con usted" is also correct as the formal way to say it. Soy or estoy are both correct, depending on what you are trying to say. Estoy implies that you are with a person at this very moment (physically), while "soy" implies that you are always with them, either in support of them, or possibly a boyfriend/girlfriend sense.
"estoy con ti" is wrong -- there is no such thing as "con ti" because it becomes "contigo" when used together
"estoy con tu" is wrong because it is the wrong form of you (tu)
