im not that fat, but i would like to lose a couple of pounds for summer. i started walking 2 miles [in 30 minutes] about 4 times a week and i try to do crunches every night. i also have cut back on a lot of junk food. i plan to keep doing this for about 3 more weeks, but then i have to leave for vacation. if i do this for the 3 weeks, should i notice results? what should i do when i leave for vacation because i won't be able to work out there and i will be there for about 2 months. i would like to flatten my stomach and lose some of the fat under my "chest."
if anyone has any suggestions or tips, it would be appreciated.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

hmm ur doin good already by cutting bk on the junk food and walkin alot , ermm if u havent already cut bak on the soda (cola , sprite , fanta etc) basicly jus do cardio , running , joggin , try and do 30 mins everyday if u get the chance cos it helps alot , also do weight lifting , the mor muscle u have the mor calories u burn , and wen ur on holiday if theyve got a swimming pool swimming can be a big help to losing weight , , good luck and i hope you get the results ur after
