i am a guy and i really need a flat stomach. i am pretty muscular except for my stomach. i have a pretty big buldge. i am fourteen and i really want a flat stomach like all my friends. i don't care about six packs and all that i just i really want to have a falt stomach, really bad, any ideas.

ps. i have been eating organics and drinking 1/2 of a gallon of water every day and it doesn't work on my stomach, AT ALL! thanks for the help, i really need it, bad.

overall weight (fat) loss
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Many times when our belly will not go down it is because the colon is full of backed up waste. Remember the "stomach" is fairly small and to the left side of body. Colon is lower abdomen area- for the most part. Off the top of my head I'd say to make sure you are BM after every meal. To help with this keep on eating green leafy veggies and foods high in fiber. Also do crunches, tae bo, ab exercises.

share your lunch with your friends
give your dinner to the enemy


don't lose more than 4 kgs a month or you'll be letting your body into fatigue


think 2ce - if there would be tablets to this - everyone walking around would be lean

it is basically a lifestyle change which helps - nothing helps

sit ups and crunches. There's no other short cut. Do at least 100 a day to start (reps of 30, 3x a day) and work your way up to 300.
