This might be an irritating answer but if you eat healthy amounts and are exercising a normal amount, this might be your natural weight for now, but you will probably bulk up in the next 2-3 years anyway.
Eating greasy food is not the answer, as you may not be predisposed to carrying that much extra weight, it may just sit there clogging up your arteries instead - gross!
Healthy eating (not particularly calorie controlled, just eating when hungry and a food mix of protein/carb/fruit & veg) and a normal active life and you will probably get to where you want naturally with some patience. Sorry, no magic answer form me!

Ok, I had/have the same problem as you.
Basically Weight training is the best way to increase mass combined with a low fat, high carb and high protein diet.
You need to eat a gram of protein for every pound of your body weight to build muscle.
Weight training will increase muscle size and mass. Compound exercises like the bench press help to increase muscle mass.
Bodybuilding.com - a great website for workouts whatever your goals.
Try to eat healthily because you really don't want to put on unhealthy mass.

Hi,
I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.getgoinfo.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

The best way to gain fat is to eat a lot of calories before you go to sleep. When Hollywood stars try to get fat for "fat guy" role in a movie they will eat a pint or 2 of Haagen dazs ice cream before bed. If you want to gain muscle, the best way is to do about 3 hours of free weight training 4 days in a row, then rest for 3 days, and repeat the cycle. Plus drink high protein drinks for bodybuilders, like MetrX. If you have a really fast metabolism, avoid doing too much aerobic exercise like running, cycling, or fast paced sports like basketball or tennis.

It believes that is ravenous which it extremely is, yet your physique would not comprehend which you're doing this on purpose and not because of the fact there's no nutrition around. the result's your metabolism slows down and it starts to consume that is very own tissues to stay to tell the tale. the actuality which you're exercising habitual helps to maintain some muscle yet you stopped burning your fat shops an prolonged time in the past. You are somewhat underweight, according to your BMI (http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/). You could probably use a bit more fat tissue as well as muscle. Keep active, but don't overdo any cardio or aerobic exercise (the calorie-burning kind). Focus more on weight training, which will build up your muscles. As for the fat, eat more foods with unsaturated and polyunsaturated fats; avoid saturated and trans fats in what you eat. For example, use Becel margarine instead of butter or other margarine brands. Eat more fatty fish like sardines, salmon, and tuna. Use olive oil or canola oil for cooking fried foods, and use salad dressings based on these two oils. Try to monitor your fat intake so that it doesn't exceed 30% of your dietary calories. When you get up to your desired weight, cut this back to 20%.

Among eating your normal meals I would suggest at least 2 ensure drinks a day or something similar to that because it has twice as many calories as regular milk. It will put the weight on you fast.

There are weight gainers that can be purchased at nutrional stores (like GNC). But make sure you consult one of the employees who knows what they're talking about.
Or, if you have the time & money, you could consult a professional nutrionists.

Try working out more. Muscle weighs more than fat and it'll tone you out nicely. Eat more foods high in protein. Don't try going out nuts with fatty foods. Add more carbs to your diet. Just do it in a healthy and slow way.
