Should Israel be allowed to exist?

Do you agree/disagree when Arab nations do not concede to the formation and stabilization of the country Israel? Afterall, the Jews lost their lands to the Roman back in 332 BC and the Muslims took over the territory in 638 AD. The Jewish people have not had their own country for more than 2300 years. Do you believe that the United Nations were right/wrong when they annexed the land from Palestine in 1947 to create the new Israel? Its easy to say "we are God's choosen people, and He gave us this land", its harder to keep it.

They are even willing to share the country with Palestine, if Palestine would cease from its continual threats of annihilation of the Jews.
It's noteworthy that many Palestinians already live peacefully along side their Jewish neighbors in Jerusalem. Radical Islam is a force to be dealt with there, just like it is everywhere.

How wrong you are! Yes Israel will exist and no man can stop it.

Britain fought the Turks for this land and won. It was Great Britain that gave the land to Jordan, Israel and Palestine. The Palestinians refused to establish a State of Palestine.

Israel is the only nation in the world that has a God-given deed to land. It is recorded in the Holy Bible the boundaries of the land of Israel. God even said that He would bring them back to their land in the latter days and God brought them back in 1948 when in one day a nation was born speaking their native language Hebrew. They have the same right as any other nation. You can jerk history around to make the land in that part of the world as belonging to almost anyone, except the Eskimos. It's been owned and overrun hundreds of times.We do know that the Jews were a large and important nation long before Islam was invented. If each group who had their turn at occupying that land puts a claim in, and it can't be settled, it should go to the first owners. To say, " We took it from them, then someone else took it from us, so we're the real owners" doesn't make sense. They're only the middle group.

I agree that it was wrong for the UN to partition that land from the Palestinians. Since then, there has been nothing but tension in the area, as many people want what they feel is rightfully theirs.

If the UN is in the business of helping poor displaced people get back the land that was taken from them by force, then aren't we as Americans due for some displacement soon? After all, we DID take this country by force from the Native Americans... or is it just the weak countries that can have their land taken by the UN?

People have no eternal right to land. Im so sick of people saying that "arabs had that land first" "indians were in America first." It is not men who own the land but God, they are just borrowing it. And the owner of the world already told us that that land belongs to Israel.

And even if it were not so or you dont believe that, then men can fight to possess land as they always have and may the best man win.

Yes, but the support we give them based on the religious influence of our country is ridiculous. Israel is a horrible country, they aren't far off the 'axis of evil.' It is widely known of their horrible treatment to this day of Palestinian women and children captives, or better known as slaves. A large portion of the drug market comes out of the country, and the government is largely involved in promoting it... Israel is not a good example of how a country should act.
