Yes, he gave them a language. Until the Tower of Babel, there was just one language on the earth. and no, I don't know what it was.

Muslim's believe Arabic is the language of God and angels, and they spoke Arabic to Adam and Eve and they returned spoke Arabic back. Arabic, being a semitic language has not changed since its creation.
Jew's believe Hebrew was the first spoken language God taught Adam and Eve.
I am partial to Pig Latin.

God did not make Adam and Eve. Cut that crap out now! Read the book of Darwinism and then come back with a sensible question. Be better than the fundamentalist christians and their brainwashing ways.

God must have given them a language to communicate, because God is the author of all his creation.

No, they were not 'cave men.' In fact, Adam had the power of speech (language unknown, possibly a form of early Hebrew)
from the beginning, since he was created from the dust of the ground, as an adult male. He also named all the animals, so he was the most intelligent man who ever lived, with the exception of the Lord Jesus himself, who is God.

Genesis (means beginning) 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

19 & 20 And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof. And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him.

ADAM
Gender: Masculine

Usage: English, French, German, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, Romanian, Jewish, Biblical

This is the Hebrew word for "man". It could be ultimately derived from Hebrew אדם ('adam) meaning "to be red", referring to the ruddy colour of human skin, or from Assyrian adamu meaning "to make". According to Genesis in the Old Testament Adam was created from the earth by God (there is a word play on Hebrew אֲדָמָה ('adamah) "earth"). He and Eve were supposedly the first humans, living happily in the Garden of Eden until Adam ate a forbidden fruit given to him by Eve.

They had language.
God spoke with Adam.
Adam replied.
Eve told the serpent she was not supposed to eat of the fruit.
Adam must have told her ....necessitating language, communication.
