I need to loose about 20 lbs fast- I swim for 1 1/2 hours once (somtimes twice) week do martial arts 1 1/2 hours twice a week. I don't eat ALOT but I can eat less if i wanted to. I need to loose about 20 lbs (I'm 5'0 and 124 lbs, I need to be 104 for a upcoming event this summer) And don't say I shouldnt loose weight because my doctor says its unhealthy with my SMALL frame to have the extra 20 lbs. How Can I speed up my weight loosing process??

It's all in your diet. Drink lots of ice cold water and no sodas(your body will burn calories to heat it up) Stick to a 1200 calorie diet, DO NOT SKIP MEALS. Take the following supplements: unrefined organic coconut oil, apple cider vinegar (I recommend the tablets, I have never been able to gag the liquid down) and CLA to reduce body fat and aid the building or lean muscle. I have lost a total of 22 pounds doing this.

your about right with the 20 pounds although Id say 18ish for a small from at 5'0 but anyways its not that much to loose you'll be fine you need to excersice daily for 90 minutes if you can if you cant do 90 then do 45 minutes. You absolutely need to do more excersise 3-4 times a week maintains and causes little or no improvement you need 4 - 6 90 minute workouts a week for improvement and if you do 90 minutes a day for 2-3 months youll be perfect

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

well i will give you some advice from a teen who needed to lose weight and DID IT! i am fourteen and when i went to my yearly checkup my doctor told me that i need to lose weight and that i was overweight. i had weighed 155 pounds and i now weigh 123. i have a medium body frame and i am now considered UNDERWEIGHT, i am not, not eating, just eating smart. the main thing to do is to drink water. divide your weight by 1/2, this is how many onces your body needs. the next is to only eat organic and it shouldn't matter what you eat, just no sugars, and eat only when you hear your stomach growling. believe me, if you really hungry you will hear it.

i hope you reach 104.

Drinks lots of water. Eat less fats, and more complex carbos, such as pasta, breads, and eat lean amount of proteins. Drinking skim milk is a great way to lose weight, also eating things with skim milk, such as a cheese and yogurt would be an ideal way for you to lose the weight you desire to lose.
