I don't think the christian god has ever heard of the Andromeda galaxy. This particular deity was fabricated at a time when the Earth was considered at the center of the unkown universe, and even now apparently humans are the only center of gods consideration, forsaking all the possible counless billions of life forms in the universe, and even then only considers the humans who in in the CORRECT religious club..
Anyway, you can't accuse christians of a lack of imagination...
