Well, your question is a little vague. Is it like some guy that keeps asking you out & you don't want to go out with him?
Well, 1 sure way is to make a comment about his manhood like; " I would go out with you but I hear you are rather limitted!" While you are saying that raise either hand and wiggle your pinky finger at the same time.
That should work rather quickly and will never call you again.
