I'm wanting to go to college and I am disabled I was wondering, Whould the FAFSA count me as an independent student even though I'm only 22 but disabled. It says on the fafsa form you have to be 24 or married or if you have a special or unusaual circumstance. DOES ANY ONE KNOW?

YES! Go to Job & Family services and apply for SSDI. Especially wanting to be a student, you should qualify for aid. Plus you should get a food stamp card a/o monetary funds. Good luck. DO NOT BE EMBARRASSED, JUST DO IT!
