Changing your underwear each day is just part of good personal hygiene. Taking a shower, brushing your teeth and wearing clean cloths will make you healthier and happier (not to mention those that are around you will be happier too and will also want to be around you longer).

Well, I'm in the Army, and sometimes it's not feasible to change every day in the field. I don't think it's all that disgusting, but then I'm not getting intimate with someone at the time too.

You must never wear it that long. You shouldn't even wear the same one all day long.
Change it when you get home, and say to your wife "Honey I changed my underwear!"

haha underwear everyday is good...the same underwear...um, not so much. I think that is gross, you should change them everyday. Hygienically speaking and just...common sense speaking. lol
I would rather go without underwear than wear the same pair.
