I know! All those missionarys, for decades upon decades, and there are still so many people who are ignorant of Mormonism!
Perhaps the Mormons need to double their efforts?
Perhaps someday the Mormons will allow God to being them believers, that is; if God is really into it.

I have a better question. Why are you impersonating a Mormon? You use the phrase, "Every Sunday when I leave Temple." Nobody who is LDS would use such a phrase since Temples are not used for Sunday services. Most of your other statements suggest the same level of ignorance.
For example, a prophet is someone called of God to be his representative on earth. This is far more than being the president of an organization. This is a basic teaching of the Gospel and I find it hard to believe that anyone who claims to be LDS would not understand this.
I suspect you're just trying to sow contention for some reason.

I think ignorant and stupid are strong words. Also, please don't lump US all together. Saying that all non believers think and feel the way you have stated is just as you have stated..............stupid and ignorant.
I believe some non believers just don't understand your religion. I, being a Christian, am one of the ones who don't understand but feel you have the right to believe whatever you want. I think there are a lot of strange aspects and rituals to your faith, but that is just MY point of view. I would never put you down for that.
The ones who are, as you say, ignorant and stupid are the ones who bash because you believe something different. They are closed minded and intolerant to other points of view. They have an uneducated belief system. They want you to believe their way.
I think most faiths would admit that they think their way is the only way and that is ok as long as you are not shoving it down the throats of those who want nothing to do with it. Just living your faith gives no one the right to bash you or it.
Let's face it, there are "bad apples" in every belief system.
I don't think that the men who DO take multiple wives - the ones who are in a different "sect" than you - give LDS a very good name. Some people base their belief system about Mormons on the information they hear about these poligamists from television interview programs and the News.
Every Mormon I have ever met has been a good person with good intentions. From what I have said, from what I believe, I don't feel I am ignorant OR stupid.
Please don't lump us all together.

Perhaps it because mormons remain 'ignorant and stupid' about their own beliefs.
Maybe It's because mormons remain aloof and self righteous from the 'gentile world'.
Or perhaps it's their aggressive and annoying missionary program.
Or their insistance that native americans are of semitic ancestry in contrast to sound scientific evidence, or any other claim made in the Book of Mormon.
Or how mention of the polygamous wives of Smith and Young have somehow been omitted from your seminary 'church history' books.
Maybe it's 'persecution' as in "I know the church is true, and that we're all persecuted for that.."
My guess is most non-mormons get their negative info from whiny crybaby posts like yours.
By the way, did you "change the rules" about 'eternal progression'? Should Gordon be informed?
Oh, nuts - I didn't read the 'Leave the Temple' for what it says - Another wasted response...my bad..

Lets see....number 1, I'm not an idiot I happen to be one of the Gentiles you refer to...and so are you. No one thinks that you want 50 wives, no one claims you want to be a god except for your number one prophet joe smith. O.K. here is my question to you. If joe smith stated, which he did many times and on many occasions that if you did not follow to the letter what he said to do you would not gain the keys to the kingdom, and that everything he was telling his followers was straight from the mouth of God. Then please explain to me how is it that you can take what is the very words of god (your god) that your prophet gave to you and change them. Hmmm this presents a further dilemma for you does it not? The presidents of the church are also (by joe smiths own words) are prophets, seers, translators and revelators..Now...how is it that the book of abraham that has been PROVEN to be written in Egyptian, Proven not to say ONE thing about abraham, (the papyrus was looked at and translated by Egyptian scholars) it was found to be an Egyptian book of the dead, or a book of breathings...now for the point on this if joe smith could not correctly translate what he called the papyrus, then how did he translate the bom that was supposedly a form of Egyptian script. Further more if the prophets of today are translators, then why could they NOT translate it themsleves....ahhh...that explains a lot huh. Plus joe smith took the Holy Bible, the very words of God himself and rewrote it!!!! Because a mormon will tell you, "I believe the Bible as far as it is correctly translated". There are lots of these things that the church has tried to hide from their members. Changed your rules....No you changed the words of your prophet that told you what he was telling you came straight from God...please explain to me how one does this. I have done in depth research on the church and my husband was a mormon for 35 yrs. until he realized the church can't save you, joe smith can't, working hard can't. So there it is. I'm not angry with mormons...not at all. But I hope I answered your question. There was never that I can find a complete apostasy of the Church, if you can show me where that is feel free, God left us two things, The Holy Bible and the comforter which is the Holy Ghost, when the veil in the temple was rent from top to bottom when he dies, that meant that ALL people have free access to the Mercy Seat Of Christ. yes...free to ALL who accept him. He does not pick and choose, that is for us to do. BTW, no one has spiritual authority over me except for the Living God. Oh you don't go to the temple on Sunday either. CONTENTION: when two streams of data are trying to run on the same line. God Bless You

Please don't generalize about all non-believers as not all non-believers are ignorant in your faith. I, a non-believer, understand at least the general basis of your faith and yes I know you do not want nor need multiple spouses anymore (at least the majority like any other religion you do have a few holdouts who are not the majority). I know all this because some of my family are LDS.

Maybe you're so angry because deep down you know the Mormon "religion" is based om lies & deception. From the beginning "facts" & claims made have had to be changed to fit the then current circumstances. Mormonism is a CULT NOT a bonafide religion. It's too bad as I know a good many Mormons & they are decent family people but have sadly bought in to this false religion.

Ignorance and stupidity are two seperate things. Most people are ignorant because they do not want to research something they do not believe...look at all the "facts" that have been spread about other religions. Do you know everything about all religions? If not then you can consider yourself one of the ignorant masses=)

Well, one of your fellow Mormons asked a question based on a quote from Brigham Young, where BY was saying and I quote:
Brigham Young said, “The only men who become Gods, even the Sons of God, are those who enter into polygamy”. (Journal of Discourses, Vol. 11, page 269) Why did the Mormons yield to the pressure of the government and stop practicing polygamy?
Here is a link to the orginal question:

One question comes to mind, why don't Mormons want to admit to what their religion teaches?
Is it because what LDS teaches is so weird no rational person would believe it?
Perhaps.

They believe what their pastors tell them, and their pastor$ don't want to lo$e member$, for obviou$ rea$on$. These pastors tell their members that all Mormons lie to get people to join our church. They JUST KNOW they can trust their pastors, right?
There are also profe$$ional anti-Mormon$ who don't want to lo$e their main $ource of income. People like Ed Decker and the late "Dr." Walter Martin, who make mega-buck$ with teir book$ and movie$ $preading lie$ about the Mormons.
