Dude!
Accept her as a friend & stop trying to make what she said into something she didn't.
If a woman says no, they mean no.
If you get confused about something so simple, you could find yourself in a lot of trouble mate.

I have used this line so many times i can't even lie. The only problem is that i've used it both ways. I mean there are guys that i'm really good friends with that want to be something with me and because i dont feel that way about them i've said that. I've also said that because i just seriously prefer to be single at the moment. Its just the way it is. Its really hard to tell if what exactly people mean. But i do believe that she really does want ot be friends. She may be weird at first but she'll get over it. I promise it will work out.... you'll be ok

You two could go to the movies as friends. But yeah, sometimes a girl does mean that. One of my friends has put guys off for quite a while. So just try being friends with her for a while.

I'm sure you have not ruin your chances with her forever but she is just not in the mood to go out on a date with you at this moment. Give her time and she may come around.

She just had a bad break up, And right now she needs time to regroup and heal. Be her friend and be supportive,And when the time is right,IF she want to be more then just friends,SHE will let you know. If a woman doesn't want a relationship at the moment, Don't try to force it!! It will do more damage then good and you will lose any chance that you had. Give her time and be patient..Best of luck..

Yes! I have only said that twice, because I mean it! Girl want to stay friends. They usually are the ones complaining their ex's wont be friends....so yes, she probably does. Try being friends if she act's indifferent than just leave her alone

It's hard to tell if she means it or not. Ask her again but to somewhere else?
Maybe she just doesn't like the movies, lol

Ask again to find out. I would have responded with something like, friends go to the movies, too. They pay for their own tickets and buy their own popcorn.

Well I hate to say it that she stood you up but something like this cant ruin a friendship. It might be a small road bump but its nothing to worry about.
