None of those places. Go hang out in times square.
But be warned, if your going to NYC there are poor people in every part of town. Central park has the most bums.
I would suggest going to the NYC tourism website and looking for the "high society" pages..
It takes a lot of money to roll in NYC though.

The in crowd and the rich crowd are not the same. The in-crowd hang out in Soho or Tribeca in Manhattan. The rich are on the upper East Side. And I mean the super rich. Some who live there have reached the billionaire level or close to it.

Oh, just go to Brownsville, East New York or Flatbush in Brooklyn. South Bronx is great too, maybe Morrisania or Mott Haven. They would love your attitude there.

You're 14. With this kind of attitude you won't go far in life.
By the way, use your own advice you have for another girl
" Better hope yo dad don't come home early and whip your bottom bare! "
If my child acting like this, I would beat the crap out of her. Do something useful with your life. Oh I forgot! You're brain-dead.

The affluent dine at Le Cirque Restaurant.
(Good place to see Regis Philbin, his wife and other celebrities.) As well, as, Palm and Palm Too.
Both restaurants are expensive, and are my favorite restaurants in New York City.

Hmmmmmm, no self respecting, affluent, smart, golddigger. Would put nonsense like this in writing. The best ones keep their snobbery hidden.
