find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Wow...um, does your mom exercise with you? If she doesn't, she should. I am 5'3" and weigh more than you, but two kids will do that to some people. You are fine. You exercise, stay active, and as long as you eat right and don't starve yourself, there is no need to be forced into a routine that you don't need. As a recovering anorexic (who still fights with her mirror), I can tell you that you need to be healthy, not stick-thin. Just because your muscle isn't defined doesn't mean you need to do more. You are a girl, not a guy. Why should you look like one?

It doesn't sound like you need to lose weight. 5'5" and 135 lbs is very normal. Actually, I'm envious! I am 5'5" and weigh about 160 lbs right now. I am trying to get back to my old weight of 155 lbs. Anyway, the point is, you sound like you are very active, so don't overdo it. And keep in mind that muscle does weigh more than fat. So long as you're eating in a healthy manner and being active, I would say you need not worry about your weight. :)

Your body mass index is very clearly in the healthy range. I think it would be best for you to learn to appreciate your body as it is, particularly since you're already exercising a fair bit.
