How long has it been since you started menstruating? Usually girls continue to grow until about two years after the onset of puberty. [ then we just grow sideways - sigh...]
Optimize your growth by:
1] sleeping at least eight hours a night
2] eat well - lean protein, dairy, whole grain breads and cereals, lots of fruits and veggies - no fried, fast, or junk food, even diet junk food
3] drink a 1/2 gallon of water a day. Avoid caffiene.
4] exercise sensibly - do your PE 3 - 5 days a week.
5] Do daily sit ups, curlups, and obliques -3 sets of 10 each
6] Do girl pushups and progress to boy pushups - 3 sets, 10 each
7] No heavyweight lifting until you are done growing.
8] No smoking, drinking, drugs!

Some people continue to grow until about 18 and that is when most people stop growing. Hey, you are 5 ft 4 don't complain, I am 4 ft 9 and 18. Be happy with your height.

It depends on when you started your period! Usually but not always growth stops about 2 years after you start your menstrual cycle...but genetics plays a factor too. If your parents are taller than you...you have a shot at still growing. Your height is perfect!! Don't worry. Men loves little girls...and nice things come is small packages and so does dynamite!! Embrace your height!!!

There's a chance that you'll gain maybe an inch or two, but that's about it. If your period hasn't been going on for too long, you might get lucky-otherwise, just get used to being a "petite".
Don't smoke, by the way. It WILL stunt your growth!
"Obliques" are the muscles along the sides of your abs. "Curl-ups" are sit-ups.

when i was 15 i was 5 ft 2 and now i am 20 going on 21 and i am 5 ft 6. so there is still a very good chance for at least 2 more inches. good luck.

Hey, you are 2 inches taller than me. It isn't bad being "vertically challenged". You have 4 years or so left to grow. I don't know of any ways to help you grow taller, but I like my height. So don't worry about it.

Well I'm guessing you hit puberty so no you won't get any taller. Cheer up. I'm 35 and 5' 4" and I work in slaughter house so your height isn't going to really hold you back.

good chance you'll growanother inch or so ..
there are things you can do to ensure you don't "shrink"! .. don't wear high heels!!! they screw with posture and bones .. they can twist you up so you actually lose a couple inches in height!!! crazy huh!
Eat lots of good bone building stuff .. greeen veggies .. mmm ..
oh . and stretch .. ;)

you know .. you are probly perfect .. just the way you are!
Tell yourself "I am perfect .. just the way I am" .. repeat it 5 X a day til you believe it . i'm sure then you'll find you've grown into the perfect height .. for you!
