I just started to get allergies this year and ive been sneezing, had watery eyes, runny/stuffed nose and itchy throat.. so ive been taking claritin and it helped .. but anyways to get to the point ... lately every morning i get up i have really puffy eyes ( swollen ) and i know its not bc of claritin bc for the past few days i stopped taking claritin soo can anyone tell me how to get rid of really puffy eyes in the morning.. ( and the puffiness goes down towards the day but i want it gone faster ) and do u have any home remedies or something that will make me NOT have puffy eyes.

The best remedie for allergies is the STEAM ROOM three times per week at least

Since the puffiness goes down during the day, you're probably allergic to dust mites or dander in your bedding. Try washing that more frequently, and run your pillows through a fluff cycle to get stuff out of them. You may want to wash your curtains too, since the dust would also collect in them.

For your eyes, you might try laying a cold wet cloth on them. At least it will feel better.

I recommend going to see your doctor he should be able to give you something to help with your allergies & the puffiness around your eyes or you could try benadryl for allergies & see if that helps

Try those ice packs that look like glasses. Wear them while your are sleeping, also get some more sleep.

go see an allergist.. and also i recommond claritin 24 hour relief.... and just take one of those everyday...

take an allergy med for day and one for night.
