I was wondering if a trampoline can help you loose weight?

Also if you jump an hour a day how much weight will you lose in a week?

Very much so it can! It burns calories after all. Its a GREAT way to tone your thighs and legs. You can even do some armwork (even just pumping your arms) while you jump. You can even get some ab-work in there! Just be sure to do it regularly and create goals for yourself like, a certain hight you want to be able to jump.
The only way to measure how much weight you'll lose is, through caloric intake. Lets say, that you maintain a steady amount of calories, now to lose a lb a week (which is A LOT), you want to burn 500 calories a day. 3500 calories is eqivelent to 1 lb.
So, you might want to go to a fitness place, and check for a heart rate monitor, or something to alculate calories you burn in a day.

Of course! The jumping works out your legs, and it's a good cardio.
I'm not sure how much weight you could lose though, sorry.

Yes and it is sorta fun. I am not sure how much you would lose because i dont know your diet.

yea it can...but u have to eat the right foods too...um i think 5 pounds a week
