No. Not part of your body is resistant to bullets.
Head. Despite what someone said, police officers are not trained to shoot the torso because "sometimes the skull will stop a bullet" or for "pr reasons". Police officers and military personnel are trained to shoot the torso because that is the center of mass, i.e. it presents the biggest and therefore easiest to hit target. It doesn't hurt that there are so many vital organs in the torso either. While you could sustain a glancing blow to your head, your brain is also there, so you could be killed quite quickly, or suffer major trauma.
Neck. Well, this seems pretty obvious to me. Along with your windpipe, the neck houses some pretty big veins/arteries that bring blood and oxygen to your brain. The only bone is your spine, which would also be a bad place to be shot. DON'T TRY TO STOP A BULLET WITH YOU NECK!.
Shoulders. In terms of organs, veins, etc, this isn't that bad of a place to be shot, although again, you are not bullet resistant. However, if the bullet break your shoulder, that would definitely not be enjoyable.
Arms/Hands. I list these together because they are roughly about the same. No major organs here, but you'll quite possibly break a bone. Of course, if you take a shot in the armpit, you may bleed to death pretty quickly.
Upper torso. Despite your ribs to protect you, you do not want to be shot in the chest. Your heart and lungs are pretty big, and pretty darn important to live. A bullet wound to the lungs is especially deadly as it will cause a lung to collapse and you will die pretty fast without medical attention. Your heart? Well, I think you can figure that out. Again, small chance of being hit in the spine.
Stomach. This is actually one of the worst places to be shot. You pretty much are guaranteed to be shot in a major organ, and bleed all over the place. The wound will probably also allow bile to seep into an organ and your blood stream, causing sepsis rather quickly. Again, your spine has a chance of being hit.
Butt. Probably hurt like the dickens, but this is a relatively safe place to get shot. Of course you'll bleed, and if it is high enough you could be hit in the spine, and then depending on the angle, it might hit an artery in your leg or hit a lower organ, but relatively one of the "safer" places to be shot. Still not resistant to bullets.
Thighs. BAD! BIG artery in your thigh. BIG chance of bleeding to death. Plus that's awful close to your genitals. Also a bad bone to have broken, as a broken leg will prevent you from fleeing.
Knees. Bad. You probably won't bleed to death, but you will be cripled and unable to free very easily.
Calves. About as bad as the knees.
Feet. About as bad as the calves and knees. Foot injuries also have a nasty habit of not healing completely right, giving you walking problems pretty permanently.
No part of your body is resistant to bullets. Certain places are probably "better" than others to be shot, but you want to avoid being shot if you can. My suggestion is to fire first.

there is the odd reported incedent where people have been shot and the bullet has glanced off (ie off a shoulder blade or bone) but there would have been a lot of factors involved for it to happen, including bullet speed and angle etc. but generally No the body is not bullet resistant on any part, if they were, people would make guns better.
Best bet, don't get yourself into a situation where you are going to get shot at.
And if you were wondering if putting your finger in the end of a gun would make it blow up the answer is also no. we did a test and welded a peice of steel into a barrel and fired it (from a safe distance and under stricked safety precautions of cause) and it just blew the hunk out the end.

The skull in rare ocasions has been known to be thick enough to keep bullets from penetrating into the brain. This is why police officers are trained to aim for the torso, that and public relations. But other than that no where in your body is immune to gun fire.

I suppose I could handle being shot in the skin between my fingers, but there is nowhere on your body that you'll actually want the bullet to hit you. You don't have any bulletproof body parts.

Yes, any part of your body that is protected by a bullet proof vest or body armor. Other than that probably just your head.
