All I know is that Kyoto used to be the capital of Japan, but then they had to change it, so that scrambled the letters to Tokyo for their new capital.
So, Tokyo is like a word scramble, and I like word scrambles. Therefore the Kyoto Environmental Initiative would be way cooler if it were the Tokyo Virontalemen Tivaitinie.

It's a politically-motivated international "agreement" that makes wealthy countries pay billions of dollars and hamstring their economies while letting massive Third-World Communist dictatorships get away with slavery of their people and massive amounts of Earth-destroying pollution.

It's a "feel good" measure that has no teeth, no enforcement and makes all the politicians who support it claim that they "did something good" for the world.
