Angels are those beings that carry out the will of heaven, but are not necessarilly themselves heavenly beings. There are legends in many cultures (angel belief crosses several faiths) that at any one time a certain number of angels exist upon the earth to perform acts that help keep the will of heaven for earth on track. An angel might step out of a crowd to snatch a child out of the path of a runaway horse, for example, and dissapear once the child has been placed safely before a responsible adult. When we ourselves make a decision to do what is right under heaven, we may find ourslves being placed in place and time specific to fulfil some purpose. On such occasions, ordinary people are transformed for a moment into angelus.

People say that many decades ago, angels lived on earth. But where are they now? Is that person not an angel that just gave their bread to a begger? Is that person not an angel who picked up garbage in a messy park? Is that person not any angel who gave a crying child their penny saying that it was the child's? Is that person not an angel that put a smile on someone else's face even though it cost them a tear? Tell me, do you really thing angels are gone? Because I sure don't. They'll be back. Its the time thing. 7 days to them is like 70 years to us. They are in the process of making another planetary visit to earth in the near future. It is going to be interesting to see how improved their space traveling vehicles have improved since Ezekiel's day.

I was reading about them last night. It's kind of funny that you ask this. Read about them because they really do exist and you can reach out for them.
They can be in your writing, and a feather that flys by. They give you a warm feeling and peace inside.
