The main point here is that it works no matter what is your religion. It is a simple technique that uses the natural tendency of the mind to search for more fulfillment. It works by itself. It is like when you dive: you simply take the right direction and gravity does the rest. It is a technique. It is not a religion. Now, of course, anyone can take anything in a religious manner, and a few TMers might do so. However, most TMers only take the technique to improve their health, mental potential, etc. and do not take it as a religion.
