I dont have a gut or anything like that I have a 4-pac but I also have what people call a "kangaroo pouch"...I wanna get rid of the pouch and keep my abs toned the only thing is I have no workout materials and the workout room at my apt. complex has limited machines as well so...can anybody help me?

No pain no gain. Just to start off with you can actually jog in the morning before breakfast for 30 minutes. That's the best time to burn fat. Moreover, by sit-ups and ab-crunches, you are developing a stronger abs. However to get the definition, you need to burn the fat which can be achieved only by cardio. Also avoid ice creams, cakes and eat in small portion.

get on the floor on your elbows. and pull yourslef up with only your elbows and toes touching the ground. do that for like 3 minutes every day. its called plank.
or you can just get an ab chair
