Evil doesn't exist. It is merely a judgement by people of other things. It does not exist seperately.
Prayer doesn't work. There are no gods. It is a way of making people feel better about doing something, without actually having to do anything. Jesus, if he existed, is just a dead guy.
The only purpose to your life is that which you give it yourself. You won't get out of this depression you seem to be in by just wishing it away. You have to make a concerted effort to move on and live your life. If you want outside help, try a psychologist. If what you have is depressoin, there are things they can do to help that. In the meantime, don't worry. Life is not as bad as you're making it out to be. There aren't invisible things chasing you around.

You need to get out of that house. There are many ways. I don't know how old you are. However, in some states if your 16 and employed and not getting into trouble you CAN MOVE OUT. Or try a relative or friend, something. Yea I'd say your parents are the problem. I'm sure you're not perfect. That should NEVER be said to a child or anyone. They need help. I doubt they are going to go for it though. There is help out there. It's up to you to take it. Talk to someone in the county or something. You probably need counseling also. To deal with this abuse. There is a way out. You need to find it and take it. Good luck. P.S. I believe in God and good and evil. Some of these religious answers are pathetic.

I dont know if they are evil but from what youve said they arent good parents. If you are a teen, find ways to stay out of the house if possible to avoid their negative influence. If thats not possibe annoy the hell out of them, by not doing your chores, talking back and playing your music too loud. They will be so frustrated that all their bs will change into worry about you, what the neigbors will think, are they good parents.

Yeah, thirdeye's advice is dumb. That's a one way ticket to being committed for a week. Go and talk to your doctor or a counsellor and don't leave it up to religion to fix your problems, it's not going to work. You have to do something yourself if you want it to happen coz Jesus isn't going to wave his magic wand and make it all better for you, and you're deluding yourself further if you trust that something's going to change everything for you. And believe me, evil doesn't exist.

How terrible. If evil does exist it's in your dad.
I've never experienced the presence of evil but the Bible says it does exist.
Keep praying with all of your strength. When you feel that evil you can command it to leave in Jesus name and it has to go. I will pray for you.
DO NOT listen to your dad. I don't know your age but if you can find a church nearby, even if you have to walk, you need to speak to a pastor soon.
God loves you and I care deeply.

I know how you fell...often when you start to come close to the truth your biggest enemies are those closest to you! Your no.1 defense against evil spirits is fasting and prayer....try only drinking water and not eating anything for 3 days and pray your heart out! Evil will run!

Somthing is after you, you need to find a bible believing church and find someone to pray for you.
Epheisians 6
11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;
18 praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints

I'm not going to get into the theological aspects but, if your father told you to commit suicide, I'd stop typing on yahoo answers and pack my bags.
