The fastest way I've found to lose weight is on Atkins. I gained 60 pounds with both of my pregnancies. I had to learn to eat right (portion control, healthy foods and exercise) after I lost the weight because as soon as you lose the weight and start eating normal again the weight comes back. So try Atkins to lose the weight and then learn to eat right to keep it off. It took me 2 1/2 - 3 months to lose all my weight. Make sure you take a good multivitamin too.

You don't. It takes time to lose that much weight, without making yourself very unhealthy or sick. Most quick methods are also not permanent. Anything that promises to take off that much weight "fast" is not only a waste of your time and money, but could be a waste of your life. I suggest discussing it with your doctor. He/she can suggest some healthy and successful ways to lose weight. If it was so easy, everyone would do it. Good luck!

I'm dieting, and I made this diet up myself...The only thing I drink is water...I am eating fruits and veggies that make up more than my meals...and I got rid of snack foods, such as chips, candy, popcorn, etc...and I run one day and the next day I ride my bike...I've been doing this for 2 weeks and I've lost pounds...If you want to lose more weight, then just drink water and eat fruits and vegetables until you reach your goal...and don't forget exersise.

Internal body cleansing helps rid your body of toxins. The body's response to toxins is to manintain fat and fluid. Get rid of the toxins and the fat and fluid come off and stay off!Conventional 'diets" dont get rid of the toxins so the weight comes back. An total internal body cleanser that provides nutrients is the best way to go for long lasting result.I know of one that has an avergae loss of 7lbs in 9 days. I can't mention it by name here due to the community guidelines. if you want to know more email me (my id @ yahoo).
Don't forget the exercise!

1. Plan meals, stick to them...good portions of all food groups but make them lean meats, whole wheat grains, lots of fruits and vegetables, low fat dairy
2. plan excercise: workout everyday even if its brisk walking before and after work, walking on your lunch break, lunges while you're watching tv. Move all the time
3. Healthy snacks...fruits, veggies, whole wheat crackers, lowfat dairy
4. Pack your own lunch, cook for yourself, avoid sodas, and juices with extra sugar added. Green tea is good, avoid lots of sugar, cream in tea or coffee. Lots of water
5. Work out with a friend, pick an activity you like: aerobics, biking, tennis, basketball, swimming, etc and workout together, even if its at home or nearby park. Move all the time
