you should have left them where you found them.
without an incubator its extremely hard to hatch eggs.
without knowing the species its almost impossible. different birds require different temperatures, humidity and even things like how many times to turn the egg.
sorry, but if youve had them away from their nest for more than a few hours, they are probably already dead.
if you only just found them, you need to return them immediately.

Unless you have an incubator which can recreate the mother
bird's body temperature (usually above 100 degrees F or 40 degress C) you probably won't be able to get the eggs to hatch. Even birds that don't sit on the eggs (brooding) have devised some method to raise the temperature around the eggs. Unfortunately, covering the eggs with a cloth and leaving them in the sun won't produce the high and constant temperature nedded for the eggs to develop properly and hatch (it will become much too cold at night). In the future, if you really want to watch the bird's eggs hatch and the babies grow and develop you should remember where the nest is, find a comfortable spot some distance away from the nest where you can still see it, and visit on a regular basis.

If the eggs were cold, they may not be able to survive. Get a heating pad set it on LOW, place a towel on it, then the eggs. If you have an aquarium, that's better. It'll protect the eggs from breakage.
Bird eggs take 18-21 days to hatch. The birds usually lay one every other day, until they are through laying eggs.
Feeding baby birds requires stamina, as they have to be fed every 2 hours round the clock when they are first born. Cockatiel baby bird food using a syringe is how they would need to be fed until we find out what kind of bird it is and what they would normally eat. The local wildlife personnel can help you with a lot of the questions.
In order to answer what kind of birds, we need to know where you live, so as to narrow down the list of birds that lay white eggs with brown spots.
Good luck.

Not only do the rggs need a heat source, they need humidity to hatch..sorry to say but chances are they are either infertile, or too far gone to save now..best bet is to always leave eggs where they are, the mother bird knows best!
You can save baby birds if they are really abandon, a vet will instruct you how to hand feed, there is a special formula to buy, they also (babies) need to be kept warm, and in a quiet area...you will need to be home 24/7 to care for them, or they will die..they need to eat often, and can eat alot for their size!
Always sad when you want to help but can not!

You shouldn't touch them. But if you're worried then keep an eye on the nest for a day or so... If no mother bird comes back then I guess she abandoned them or she passed away some how =\
Most likely if they're cold the eggs might be... dead... =[

Don't do nothing to the eggs, The momma bird will take care of them. If you had a baby, you wouldn't wont nobody to steal your baby. The bird knows what to do.

put them back where they belong
they might have germs and things that you don't want to know
the mom bird might have come back and realized the egg wasn't there. i found baby squirrels in my car and i put them close to my car and the mom came back and took them.
i'm telling you, don't mess around with mother nature. that's how the bird population is in control. i know it's harsh but you can't do anything about it.
I hope that helped =D
