find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Try Power 90 or P90X!! (90 day program or 13 weeks)
With P90X anything is possible. But it require hard work.
It will get you in the best shape ever in 90 days. And anyone can do it. There is one guy who did it, after surviving a heart attack. He is in his 50's. If he can do it, anyone can do it. You get a meal plan, not a diet plan. I am currently doing P90X and loving it.
Also try a colon cleanser. Colonix is really good. I shredded 7 lbs. of fecal matter the last time I used it. Some shed 10 -20 lbs.
My tip is don't go by what you weight, but by what your measurements say.
Check out the websites below...

There is no magic bullet or pill that is going to make you lose weight fast. I have definitely learned that lesson. The only way to lose weight and keep it off is through diet and exercise. I am a 49 year old female who lost 86 lbs 3 years ago. It took me 2 years to lose it all and I have kept it off. I changed my eating habits first and then started exercising and got myself a personal trainer. You need to take a good look at your diet first and modify it so that you are eating protein at every meal along with complex carbs and vegetables. I eat 6 times a day. Once you are comfortable with your new way of eating then you can start exercising and losing weight. This is the only way of keeping it off. Losing weight fast just sets you up for gaining it all back and gaining more.

what i did, was not so much a specific diet, but fasting once a week, having only liquids, low sodium and low sugar, such as tea, soup broth, pure juice, and some crackers
the other days i ate what i wanted, but again, low sodium, low fat, low sugar, nothing fried,
then i exercised, what helped me was jogging around, or dancing, during tv commercials, or every 30 minutes if i was on the computer, exercise 5 of them,
dance moves are great for you stomach, better then situps
stand straight, tilt your pelvis forward, then push your bum out, doesnt sound like much, but doing it 20 or more times a day, works, another one is lifting your left then right hip, finally rotate hitting all 4 positions you did in the first two exercises
i have gone from a tight size 14 to a size 8, in 6 months
ps: i am 52, and yes its harder to loss weight, it does take more work!

Eat 6 small portions a day, drink lots of water, eat your fruits and veggies ( not to many fruits as you will gain weight), Stay away from sodas, greasy, fatty, sugar filled foods. This will increase your metabolism, you will burn calories and fat. Keep walking, you might want to try other exercises too. Like aerobics to tone your body. A high protein, high calcium, low fat diet will help you lose your belly.
