I'm making chocolate chip pancakes but i have this mix. Its for chocolate chip muffins but on the back it says u can use it for pancakes 2. Well anyways i don't have any eggs and it says you need only 1. It also needs milk but i have that. So is there a substitute for an egg?

Tofu (which I'm going to guess you don't have on hand...)

1/2 banana, mashed can be substituted for eggs. Which would probably be really good with chocolate chips.

1/2 cup applesauce. You don't really taste it, but it can have a funny texture.

I recommend the banana.

Use the mayo that sugar pie suggested. Mayo basically IS eggs.
