I recently self published a cookbook that contains 125 "chicken wing" type recipes such as chicken wing fajitas, enchiladas, egg rolls, pizza, breakfast foods and many more. I would like to now sell chicken wing sauce and I'm wondering if there are any companies who will bottle sauce with my label?

there are quite a few out there but you need to do an Internet research for the names and their locations etc.

Tough to do without having contacts, but I would suggest a company that already does these sort of things. The reason is that their production facilities could easily bottle the sauce without major modifications. Minors/Nestles is an idea. Kraft. Perhaps start with a regional company in your home state or area that is looking to sell a line of "home-grown (made)" product. I work in food distribution and see situations like this all the time.

Yes, there are. Look on Goodle or white pages of a large city for "wholesale producers" or "wholesale packagers."
