I saw a car for sale but there was NO phone number listed. I would like to find a way to contact the owner and find out what they want for it.

i have left several notes on the car requesting the person to contact me but so far have not recieved any replies. what esle can be done

have you called the courthouse for that info? there is always the title. The police can pull it up. Seems like the courthouse would be able to do it for you.

You won't get any help from DMV or the police. Stalkers could use the info, so only licensed law enforcement can get that info regularly. Just leave a message on the car.

Most states have this information protected. so it is just about impossible to get that information unless you are in law inforcment. Even then you can not use the information for personal use. I think leaving a note on the car is the best option.

I don't know of anyway that you can find out that information. Try going to your local motor vehicle administration to see if they may be able to give you this information but not sure. If they didn't list the phone number for the car to be sold, they aren't really interested in selling it.

Sorry, that information is restricted and you cannot get it. Go back to where you saw the car for sale and if no one is around it to ask, leave a note indicating interest and ask them to call you.

DMV or Police station, also you could wrie a note to the owner and leave it on the car. I hope I helped.
