Located at the back of my neck..cant seem to find the right design for that location.

try a star and a moon or a childs name or pic somehting that seems like its remotly associated with yuor neck, nothing like a snake bitting you

I would'nt choose a design off a site, choose something totally unique an personal to you. I'd never want to walk down a street an see the same design on someone else an it looked better on them or think I wish I'd gone to that artist. It can be addictive once you start. Don't go cheap either, you pay by the hour for quality work an when you think its going to be there for a long time you want the best. Be carefull with green, as its the only color that can't be removed by laser. There is some new tech coming on to the market that does remove all colours, be warned its expensive an just as painfull as a tattoo. Not trying to disscourage you dude, just giving advice. I used to work in a Tattoo studio and I'd say the same to anyone who walked through the door. Hope its of some use.

What about something written in another language like Russian or even Arabic? I have seen things like that and they are intriging and different. -or what about a koi? That's my next design. Nautical stars are always cool. I like the old school Sailor Jerry style tattoos- you can go to sailorjerry.com for their gallery. Hope that helps!

The worst thing you can do when it comes to tattoos, is to decide you want one, and not know which one.
It shows that you want a tattoo because 'it looks cool', rather than you want a design for a particular reason. (Hence why you want it on the back of the neck - it's on display. Rather than hidden under your clothes).
Take a bit of responsibility in yourself and decide what you want for yourself. Don't ask random strangers for ideas.

on the neck..how about a barcode? or a small tribal design of a sun with the shade of black with its rays extending like fire

try tattoofinder.com, I bought one of this site and I love it. If you don't want to buy one, you can at least get ideas from there and design your own, they have tons of tats. enjoy and good luck.
