I've enclosed a link for a book that covers everything about online pharmacology education.

Injections IM are not that difficult to do, knowing exactly where to place the needle is the most important thing. You can practice Doing injections using an orange. That's the way they usually teach you how to do it in school. I think it's going to be difficult to learn this online.

It depends on if this is a college course or highschool. In college you have to know about everything. You have to know they body systems, what they do, along with all the structures. You have to know the different types of blood cells and what they do. Also you need to know how to identify cells under a microscope. You may also have to memorize the bones in the body and there features. Good Luck, Anatomy and Physiology is a hard course!
