i have a 1993 GMC sierra with a 4.3L v6, i want to install a 350, will the stock transmission line up properly with a 350?

Yes. The 4.3L is just a 5.7L with two cylinders cut off. The trans and the mounts should line up, but you might want to check that to be sure. Most of the parts are swappable as well. Good luck.

I think that you have a 4L60. The V8 should have a 4L80. the V6 just sits a little further in than the V8 and mount in the same spot. In fact, I think both motors use the same flywheel and should the bell housing bolt pattern. This should work if the motor you are talking about putting in is the 5.7L vin "R" motor.
