if you are using low fat or nonfat milk, that's as healthy as soy. Soy Has been attributed to helping with hormone problems.

Definately. First, its way better for your heart. Second, Cow's Milk can casue some serious digestion issues. Second, Soy Milk stays good longer.

Milk, it does a body good!
I have found for myself, I can eat what I want.
Exercise (Actually, just staying active) and a Balanced Diet have Health Benefits too.

no.. unless your doctor says so or you have intolerance to cows milk.

cows milk is good for you. so is soy ... stick with cows milk

Yes, I strongly recommend soy products...I consume them for 3 years and they are great...try drinking green tea too...it will help you very much...
