I don't know. I'm one of those poor souls that when it comes to dealing with conflict and people problem solving, no matter what I say or how I say it, it seems to make those involved all the more resentful and angry at me. Maybe I just try too hard not to offend anyone and come off as being afraid, I don't know.
Yea, that's a really tough situation being in a trailer-court and all. You might ask around and see if any of the other neighbors are bothered by this out-of -control bird. If so, maybe you could approach the bird-people as a group of well-meaning and concerned neighbors.
If you have to go this alone, maybe starting off with a little humor or something on the light side might help to loosen things up a bit. If all else fails, I guess you'll have to get law enforcement involved or a hungry cat.

The best thing to do is go over there and talk to them nicely. However if that does not work check your contract for living at the trailer park for rules about noice and talk to the owner. As a last result even though it's private property most places have laws about noice and you might could get something done that way. Don't know what they would do about a bird I know when I lived in a trailer park it was a dog and he had to wear a muzzle or leave hope this helps.

just shoot it one day......... and they say omg what happened..... just kidding.....lol... don't do that...... if you don't want to talk to them then write a note, saying that the bird is loud... then put suggestions in the letter because no one likes being told something is wrong and not getting a suggestion on how to fix it..... ask them to move the bird to the other side of the home..... and then if they don't fix it in like a week write another note saying if this does not stop I'm going to call animal control or something....... good luck ......... just remember that they love that bird.. good luck

I suggest that you go over to their home, knock on the door. When they answer the door, introduce yourself if they do not know you. Then you politely ask them if they could please, if its not to much trouble, to close their window or perhaps move the bird to another part of the house. Thank them for their time and then ask them if there is any thing you could do for them. Kill'em with kindness has always worked for me.

First of all, is that even legal? My neighbour who is like 10 feet away from my house has a parrot beside my house in their balcony. It's really annoying but you have to deal with it, just ignore it and such...probably could not adapt with its surroundings yet.

You could tell them nicely that their bird is being a little disruptive and see what they say. Just make sure you don't say it in a mean way.
