Depends upon the person and their attitude.

Some people are just whiners and drama queens where they exaggerate their situation. There are many complainers at my work, but they don't look for a better job and they get paid decent wages. It's just some people aren't happy unless they have something to complain about.

Others are truly hating their jobs and are looking for another job.

With that said... everyone should always have their eye's open for the next better job.

What good is work, if you have no passion and pride in doing it? (I know to make money.) If you have any way of maintaining your financial stability and can change your career or work enviorment into something you are passionate about and enjoy doing, then by all means do it. It would be such a shame to go through life, dreading going to work (taking the long way into work), and thereby going through the motions. This is a wasted life and you will never obtain self actualization. If possible follow your heart, work should not and does not have to be a dread full event. In a recent survey, most successful business owners (multi-millionaires) stated that the reason for their success, was the love of their work and good timing...Good Luck!!!

No it just means they should stop dragging themselves to work and walk with their head high instead of just being down in the dumps cause they think that their job isn't worth it anymore. Trust me it's just a phase.

No, it is not time to quit. "It's time to dig deep and find a way to make his or hers situation better if possible, then quit if not possible".

That's My opinion. You never gain from quiting. "Quiting is just an excuse for your weakness".
