theres no harm in talking that is how we get to know people. I would still talk to her and learn more about her for a while. If theres something wrong with her you'll learn through getting to know her.

With the age thing that's nothing!
With you working where her X's used to work that's scary! She might be only using you to get back at him, or back with him!!! As there must be guys there that know him and still keep in contact with him...
Does she seem more eager to want to get to know you, now she knows where you work?
The talk of children seems pretty fast (if you guys haven't been talking to each other very long)
And if you aren't really to be a dad, might want to re-think things as she has children already and you wouldn't want the children getting attached to you and you disappear!
No offence but asking this question sounds like you are having second thoughts, I think you need to really sit down and see what you want/feeling so no-one is lead on or gets hurt...
And if the future might be a good idea not to tell ladies, where you work until you really know them and know what you want…

If you are buggin about her age then dont be wit her..if it makes you feel uncomfortable! i dont get what is important about the X and him working where u work now? i think ur main problem is about her age.. but honestly age is nothing but a number,,,,if you are happy in every other way,,,then dont just end it b/c you have a couple years in between...

Me personally I wouldn't want to know who the X is. Somethings are better left unsaid, as for having another kid is a different topic. Think about what is it you want out of this relationship.

Age is a number my dear, if you get along well, she treats you well, you are having a good time, go with it.
I know, I am 48 and my husband is 35. What can I say, some of us older gals just "got it!" LOL

well first I would find out from the company if her ex worked there and I would have to take this one slow because maybe she's just lonely and she needs company, so dont get to involved until you see her and see if there is a connection.

You've only been talking to her over the phone. Why are you asking if she's too old? Can't you two just be friends? I think all your worries are too premature.

The age difference shouldn't matter if you genuinely like the woman.
Follow your heart.

If the place is big he may have and you may not remember him or know him.
If not she may have the wrong company on mind...it's happened.
But either way your having doubts and I would blow her off.
