Any fresh fruit or vegetables are good fillers becasue of the high water and fiber content. Apples particularly.

Otherwise: oatmeal; slice of high fibre brown bread toast with a smear of low-sugar jam; dried fruits; small portion whole grain cereal with some skimmed milk. Anything with high-ish fiber basically.

TIP: If you want to snack, try drinking a large glass of water first (which fills you up) and then if you still want to snack, try chewing some strong mint flavoured gum (minty mouth can sometimes get rid of the snack desire!).

Fruits and vegetables. Rice cakes. Granola bars.
