Is the angel referring to the face and name of the Father? Is it accurate to say that we already know the name of the son, JEHOVAH, but do not know the name of the Father?

Yes, the angel at Revelation 22:4 is referring to the face and name of Jehovah God (the Father).

(Revelation 22:3-4) But the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and his slaves will render him sacred service; and they will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads.

Regarding God's "face":
(Matthew 5:8) Happy are the pure in heart, since they will see God.

Regarding the Father's name :
(Revelation 14:1) I saw, and, look! the Lamb standing upon the Mount Zion, and with him a hundred and forty-four thousand having his name and the name of his Father written on their foreheads.

The bible teaches humans the name of the Son (Jesus, in English) and the name of the Father (Jehovah, in English). For example, these Scriptures explicitly use the Tetragrammaton ("YHWH" which translates into English as "Jehovah") to refer to the One who assures the throne of David:

(Psalm 132:11) Jehovah has sworn to David, Truly he will not draw back from it: “Of the fruitage of your belly I shall set on your throne.

(Isaiah 9:7) Upon the throne of David and upon his kingdom in order to establish it firmly and to sustain it by means of justice and by means of righteousness, from now on and to time indefinite. The very zeal of Jehovah of armies will do this.

This Scripture shows that Jesus is "the Son of the Most High" and that the divine Father of Jesus is the same person as "YHWH" (which translates into "Jehovah" in English) mentioned in those previously cited Scriptures:

(Luke 1:31-32) you are to call his name Jesus. This one will be great and will be called Son of the Most High; and [Jehovah] God will give him the throne of David his father

There are a few footnotes to this verse: Matt 5:2-"Blessed are the clean of heart, for they will see God". This also goes to Psalm 42:3, that the righteous will not see God in the temple but in Heaven. Also see 1 John 3:2-"Beloved, we are God's children now; what we shall be has not yet been revealed. We do know that when it is revealed we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is."

You are right, that this is speaking about God the Father's face and name. Remember in Genesis, the angel Gabriel told Mary and Joseph to call His Son Immanuel, not Jehovah nor Jesus. This is a language translation later on.

God the Father revealed His name to Moses. I AM. Jesus called His Father Abba. Reading the Hebrew Bible, Torah, God is I AM - YHVH - Yahweh. It's His face we haven't seen but will in Heaven if we are graced to do so.

Jehovah is the Father. Jesus is the Son.

I think that the book of Revelation came from the dark side anyway. It's Satan's attempt to look good.

If the dragon-voiced lamb in Revelation 13 is the Christian cults trying to look good by calling down fire to earth (the saints and the prophets - Revelation 18:24), then the Lamb in chapter 14 could be a follow-on. It's still the antichrist with the Trinity as its figurehead (compare captains of Exodus 15:4 with triads planted in the flags of the sea). Compare the healing over 12 months in chapter 22 of Revelation with Galatians 4:10. The word "arnion" means "little lamb" and occurs several times in Revelation and when Jesus instructed Peter to feed his little lambs. However, in verses like John 1:29, 36, 1 Peter 1:19 etc. the word "amnos" appears as lamb to describe Jesus - "but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect." So there's no indication that the Lamb of Revelations correlates with Jesus. This would indicate that it's just a lot of psychobabble about how Christianity is "supposed to" work in an idealised way. But dreams of utopia lead to tragedy. This is not Christianity for the people. The reference in verse 2 of Revelation 22 reminds me of the way that Pythagorus thought that the language of the universe was numbers and he was a cult leader. Cults tend to keep track of frequency, as there are all sorts of funny things going on in them, such as obsessive compulsive disorders. They're mind-bending and the whole of the world is run by them, so keep praying incessantly!

Yes.

Who's name is on their foreheads? The father's.

Rev 14:1 And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty [and] four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads.

Who is the lamb? Jesus.

Jhn 1:36 And looking upon Jesus as he walked, he saith, Behold the Lamb of God!

Peace and blessings!

Whats in your forehead? You brain, GOD's WORD will be in your brain.

Jhn 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

Rev 19:13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

We were told YHVH would turn HIS face away .

Deu 32:20 And he said, I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end shall be: for they are a very froward generation, children in whom is no faith.

Jehovah is the God of the Old Testament - and not a very nice one at that - egotistical chavinist, male Supremest. Jesus Christ is the Son of Joseph and Mary. (Son of Man). Jesus name will be written on their foreheads. They will be in the image of their father Jesus, it will be stamped all over them - unmistakeable.

The people who accept the prophets’ message are those who are symbolically represented as receiving the “seal of God in their foreheads”; or in other words, their intentions and thoughts are turned toward God.

Figuratively speaking, we think and understand in our “foreheads.”When people receive the “seal of God in their foreheads,” they are thinking, perceiving, and understanding the truths of God properly, thus reacting... with righteous works.

I learned these things from a book online. You can go to this website and read for yourself.

Yahweh-God-Jehovah is a spirit - has no face !
His name on their foreheads probably means - on their minds.
